4 摩西对以色列全会众说：「耶和华所吩咐的是这样： 5你们中间要拿礼物献给耶和华，凡乐意献的可以拿耶和华的礼物来，就是金、银、铜， 6蓝色、紫色、朱红色线，细麻，山羊毛， 7染红的公羊皮，海狗皮，皂荚木， 8点灯的油，并做膏油和香的香料， 9红玛瑙与别样的宝石，可以镶嵌在以弗得和胸牌上。」
神叫摩西上神的山，不但颁赐两块法版的律法，也叫他招聚全会众，吩咐他们可以乐意为制造神的圣幕和其中一切的器物而乐意奉献。所以建造会幕头一件事就是甘心乐意的奉献，甘心乐意的奉献是说明了人向着神心思的回转。当人承认神是配得的时候，才能献礼物，不然人心里会这样想，我那么辛苦劳碌挣来的，为什么要拿来给你？当我们心里面承认神是配得，祂是一切的源头，统管万有，也承认一切都是从神而来，那么我们的奉献也容易多了。 当我们的心思在神的面前能这样转过来，属灵的建造就有基础了，属灵的建造也开始了，会幕在外面是物质的建造，但实际是里面灵里的建造。
神要的礼物有一个单子，其中列出了好些极为昂贵的材料，但也有很一般的东西，比如皂荚木是一些很粗的木头，质地很韧，有人说烧火也不旺，没有多大的用处，但神说合用。神给了我们一个单子，我们应该按神要的献上，我们不能自说自话把自己认为好的，或者更糟糕的是把自己不需要的给神。如果我们尽自己所能，將最好的献给神，神便看为美。神看为美的不是礼物的价值，而是献上礼物的那个人里面的那点心意。

为建造神的圣殿来甘心乐意的奉献。
在建造圣殿过程中同时我们的灵里得到造就。
把我们最好的献给神。

Exodus 35：4-9
4Moses said to the whole Israelite community, “This is what the Lord has commanded: 5From what you have, take an offering for the Lord. Everyone who is willing is to bring to the Lord an offering of gold, silver and bronze;6blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen; goat hair;7ram skins dyed red and another type of durable leather; acacia wood; 8olive oil for the light; spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense; 9and onyx stones and other gems to be mounted on the ephod and breast piece.
Building the tabernacle starts with willingly offering. When a man turns to God, when he recognizes God’s worthy, he will have a willing heart. Otherwise he would think, I worked so hard to earn these things, why should I bring them to God? When we recognize in heart that God is worthy, He is almighty, everything comes from Him, then it will be much easier to give. On the outside, it is the physical construction of the tabernacle. Inside it is the construction of our spiritual life.
God have a gift list, which lists quite a few very expensive materials, but there are also very general things, such as acacia wood. The texture of acacia is very tough; it is not even good enough for firewood. But God think it is suitable. God do not regard the earthly value of the gift, but the heart of the giver.

1. Give us a willing heart to donate to church building
2. Our spirits will be edified during the church building process
3. Give our best to our God
