Senior Pastor Position:

Concur with LWBC’s Statement of Faith.
Meet biblical qualifications as defined in I Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9
Minimum of 5 years served in church as an ordained pastor
Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership/leading pastor (a growing healthy church) of no fewer than 150 adults in attendance, preferably in a similar setting of LWBC with multiple congregations
Has M. Div. or above degree from an ATS member seminary or equivalent
Able to preach in Mandarin，communicate in English fluently
Has the heart and desire to minister to both Chinese and English speaking ministries
