Senior Pastor Position:

• Concur with LWBC’s Statement of Faith.
• Meet biblical qualifications as defined in I Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9
• Minimum of 5 years served in church as an ordained pastor
• Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership/leading pastor (a growing healthy church) of no fewer than 150 adults in attendance, preferably in a similar setting of LWBC with multiple congregations
• Has M. Div. or above degree from an ATS member seminary or equivalent
• Able to preach in Mandarin，communicate in English fluently
• Has the heart and desire to minister to both Chinese and English speaking ministries
